The Franklin
Township Soccer Club
offers a youth travel soccer program in addition to our recreational
soccer. The travel program is designed to play
soccer at a
competitive level. FTSC Travel is affiliated with the
Mid-New Jersey Youth Soccer Association [MNJYSA],
which has over 80 clubs, 900 teams and more than 12,000 players.
Games are played according to the FIFA Laws of the Game and all
games and most tournaments are played within the state of NJ.
FTSC,
Travel Division will hold tryouts on Saturday,
May 14th and
Saturday, May 21st
on our Middlebush Park fields off of DeMott Lane (Field
Directions).
IMPORTANT
NOTES:
1.
All players should wear shin guards and soccer cleats;
also bring a soccer ball (if they have one) and plenty of water.
2. All players should be prepared to attend both sessions.

High School Soccer commitments in the Fall.
U-15 & U-16 teams play in the same MNJYSA division (U-16),
and some times we might combine teams to create one team under
the U-16
division.
Similarly, U-17, U-18 & U-19 teams play in the same MNJYSA
division (U-19) and teams might be combined as well, if needed. |

your child's name and date of birth, your address and phone
number, as well as your child's previous soccer experience.
Parents
who are interested in coaching should let the Board know in
advance.
Currently there are a few coaching openings available, for the
new teams we are planning to form for U8/U9 Boys or Girls level
for the Fall 2011 season.

What's Included in Travel Soccer:
- Most teams play in the Mid-New Jersey Youth Soccer

School or Middlebush Park
- Away games are typically held at locations
within a 15 – 45 minute drive
